What are some common challenges faced by entry level content designers when working with cross-functional teams?

Entry level content designers often encounter challenges such as communicating their ideas effectively to team members from different backgrounds, like developers and product managers, who may not be familiar with content strategy principles. Balancing user needs with technical constraints and business goals can also be complex, especially when priorities shift rapidly. Building strong collaboration skills and proactively seeking feedback helps new content designers navigate these challenges and contribute positively to project outcomes.
