The Position:

Sungrow North America is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the Strategy Department’s Marketing Team. This entry-level to early-career role supports both internal and external marketing operations, including communications, event coordination, design asset creation, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, solid organizational skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Internal & External Marketing Support
  • Draft and distribute internal communications, which may include newsletters, event recaps, and other announcements
  • Support planning, coordination, and logistics for trade shows, media shoots, internal events, and partner co-marketing opportunities
Content & Graphic Design
  • Provide design support for marketing campaigns, branded collateral, PowerPoint presentations, and digital content
  • Assist with updating product brochures, event signage, and internal documentation based on brand guidelines
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials
Campaign Coordination
  • Assist with marketing campaign implementation across email, social media, and digital platforms
  • Help to gather metrics and report insights from marketing campaigns, email platforms, webinar results, and partner initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams from other departments (Sales, HR, Ops, etc.) to support marketing requests and ensure alignment across deliverables
Event & On-site Support
  • Participate in occasional travel for trade shows, photo/video shoots, and corporate events
  • Support on-site branding execution and logistics alongside internal stakeholders and external partners


Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of professional marketing experience (internships or freelance work acceptable)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or other ad platforms is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows, media shoots, and team events
  • Knowledge of clean energy, renewables, or tech industry preferred but not required

Education or Desired License and Certificates:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field

Competencies
