Job description


Develops and produces visual, multimedia, and digital content that supports marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and guest engagement across Cherokee Nation Entertainment properties. Supports graphic design, photography, video production, social media content, and promotional asset development while maintaining brand standards and meeting project timelines.
Responsibilities
  • Individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities.
  • Develops creative assets for print, digital, social media, email, web, and promotional campaigns
  • Assists with photography, video production, editing, and multimedia content creation
  • Supports content needs for property promotions, events, entertainment, food and beverage campaigns, and organizational communications
  • Creates social media graphics, digital ads, presentations, signage, and marketing collateral
  • Participates in on-property content capture including photography, video, and event coverage
  • Maintains brand standards and visual consistency
  • Collaborates with marketing and operational stakeholders to support campaign objectives
  • Assists with content updates, asset management, and creative production tasks
  • Manages multiple assignments and meets project timelines
  • Researches current creative trends and content opportunities
  • Work may be performed in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled office settings, casino properties, entertainment venues, promotional events, and other on-property locations.
  • Work requires lifting objects up to 25 pounds, including cameras, lighting equipment, production equipment, displays, and other marketing materials.
  • Work may require travel, including overnight stays.
  • Work will require varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed to support events, productions, content capture activities, campaign launches, and business needs.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, digital content initiatives, social media content development, or brand-focused communications preferred.
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles, visual communication, and content development practices.
  • Knowledge of branding standards and marketing communication concepts.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Working knowledge of photography, videography, and multimedia production techniques.
  • Ability to create content for print, digital, social media, web, and promotional channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and project teams.
  • Ability to receive creative direction and execute projects in alignment with brand standards.
  • Ability to identify creative solutions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other applicable creative software.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and support occasional on-property content needs.
