Conference Services Assistant / Office Services Associate

Location: Houston, TX 77002 
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Conference Services Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure seamless execution of meetings and events. This role works closely with the Conference Services Manager to coordinate space, catering, and equipment needs while maintaining a professional and well-organized environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for office and conference services
  • Assist in setting up conference rooms, including beverages and catered food
  • Clean and reset conference rooms after meetings
  • Ensure all meeting space, food, equipment, and service requests are executed smoothly
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of conference rooms and visiting offices
  • Stock rooms with supplies (pads, pens, directories, etc.)
  • Monitor and maintain break rooms, pantry areas, and catering spaces daily
  • Restock supplies in the pantry, The Hub, and kitchen areas
  • Prepare and manage beverage stations
  • Assist with inventory monitoring and supply ordering for food service areas
  • Perform light housekeeping duties as needed
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, clients, and attorneys
  • Follow company policies and procedures while using resources responsibly
  • Support additional tasks as assigned
