Position Overview
MAY Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the Ironwood community in Jacksonville, Florida.
This role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while supporting residents, vendors, Board Members, and on-site management staff. The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations while providing exceptional customer service to the community.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. Candidates with property management, maintenance coordination, or customer service experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
  • Previous HOA, condominium, property management, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to professionally handle homeowner concerns and vendor coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
