Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Palmyra Harbour Condominium Association – Palmyra, NJ

Palmyra Harbour Condominium Association is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and resident communications.
This position requires strong administrative and computer skills, professionalism, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering phones, emails, and resident inquiries professionally
  • Maintaining homeowner and resident records
  • Entering and tracking work orders and service requests
  • Organizing digital and physical files
  • Assisting with event space reservations and community communications
  • Tracking Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and rental documentation
  • Assist in tracking documents for rental units to ensure compliance with governing documents.
  • Assisting with Board meeting preparation and general office support
  • Following established office procedures and administrative processes
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required, particularly:
    • Microsoft Outlook 
    • Microsoft Word 
    • Microsoft Excel
  • Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with property management software such as AppFolio is a plus
