Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Concierge Associate to join our team at the Advanced Care Center in Clearwater, Florida. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional care and comfort of our residents. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, family members, and visitors by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities, events, and outings for residents, taking into account their individual preferences and needs
  • Room preparation, orientation and tours.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of our residents' unique needs and preferences, and adapt your approach accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident activities, events, and concerns
  • Support other departments with customer service and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in staff education and training programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments
