What You'll Do
Deliver Outstanding Resident & Guest Service

• Welcome residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Operate the concierge telephone system by answering, transferring, and directing calls promptly and courteously.
• Answer questions and provide information to residents and guests, connecting them with the appropriate staff when needed.
• Offer directions and assist new residents during the move-in process.


Coordinate Resident Services

• Manage guest room reservations and calendars.
• Assist with meal purchases for guests and special events.
• Coordinate transportation and event arrangements for residents.
• Help residents with faxing, copying, and other administrative needs.
• Learn and utilize the Resident Handbook to provide accurate information and assistance.


Support Administrative Operations

• Accept, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
• Log resident work orders for the Environmental Services team.
• Prepare correspondence, emails, photocopies, mailings, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain daily communication logs, resident census information, and incident documentation.
• Update resident communication platforms, including daily menus, announcements, and notifications.


Promote Safety & Professionalism

• Understand and follow fire safety, emergency procedures, and organizational policies.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Monitor safety logs, key logs, and other operational records.
• Assist with emergency communications and radio procedures.
• Follow up on resident concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.


Support Team Success

• Demonstrate positive working relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and leadership.
• Participate in required training and in-service education.
• Complete assignments independently while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the community.


Work Schedule

Part-Time: Saturdays and Sundays

8:00am-8:00pm, flexible shifts typically 8a-4pm or 4-8pm

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of office experience, business school training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple software systems.

• Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Preferred:

• Experience working in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service.
• Previous receptionist, concierge, front desk, or administrative support experience.
• Experience coordinating schedules, events, or resident services.
