Overview:
Quantam Solutions provides IT solutions and consulting for various clients. We offer competitive hourly wages, health benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician. Candidates must be able to work fully onsite in Frankfort, KY. A valid driver's license is required for this position. Candidates must have excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
Job Description:
We have one open Desktop Support Technician position with our client's Field Services Branch in Frankfort, KY. The position will be located at 275 East Main Street, Frankfort, KY 40601. The technician will provide support for multiple agencies in downtown Frankfort.
The Preferred Candidate Would Need the Following:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation.
  • Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Hardware and software experience.
