Purpose

This role receives, records and processes customer data in a timely, securely and faultless manner, reporting any exceptions to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring its availability to the Service Center Production.

Key Missions

- Obtains the data from file transfer systems and processes it
- Generates and sends return files and reports as needed to customers within service-level agreements
- Distributes production paperwork and associated reports to correct areas and other departments within scheduled time frames
- Identifies and assists with fixing issues, such as giving assistance to the shop floor as well as software and IT personnel
- Reports issues or exceptions, including non-receipt of customer data
- Executes change requests for new or updated EMV Card checking scripts (Barnes/Collis/EVA Scripts)
- Supports Local Technical Support with data processing for testing new projects, products or services
- Supports scheme or customer audits
- Supports and troubleshoots production issues
- Processes and categorizes new production faults
- Retrieves information to be able to pass to Customer Services to transfer to customers
