In this role, you’ll serve as a connector between our business lines, branches, and communities we serve. You’ll lead with purpose—supporting team success, growing meaningful partnerships, and representing Clearwater in a way that reflects our values of Igniting Human Potential, Building Inclusive Communities, and Protecting the Environment.

What You’ll Do:

Be a Community Liaison

  • Represent Clearwater throughout the market by actively participating in community events, partnerships, and local leadership opportunities.
  • Strengthen our presence by building authentic relationships with community members, organizations, and local leaders.
  • Share Clearwater’s story—promoting our mission, services, and community impact.
  • Travel throughout the market to stay connected with branch teams and local communities.

Lead with Purpose & Drive Impact

  • Collaborate with branch teams and business line leaders to set meaningful market and branch goals.
  • Lead regular check-ins to track progress, celebrate wins, and identify opportunities.
  • Inspire and support teams in achieving goals related to membership growth, deposits, lending, and community engagement.

Business Development

  • Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Clearwater’s impact and visibility in the market.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with key partners and prospects.

Bring Local Insight to HQ

  • Advocate for your market by sharing insights, opportunities, and challenges with leadership.
  • Contribute ideas that help shape products, services, and partnerships to better meet local needs.

Support Our Teams & Members
