The Alley is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Event Sales Manager to grow our birthday party, corporate event, school group, fundraiser, and special event business.

This is not a desk-only position. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, building relationships in the community, and helping guests create memorable experiences through bowling, laser tag, arcade games, food, and entertainment.

As an Event Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new business, selling event packages, coordinating guest experiences, and maximizing revenue through package enhancements and upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Sell birthday parties, corporate events, school outings, team-building events, fundraisers, and group gatherings
  • Build relationships with schools, businesses, churches, sports teams, and community organizations
  • Conduct weekly outside sales and community outreach activities
  • Follow up on leads through phone calls, email, and in-person visits
  • Promote The Alley throughout the local community
  • Assist guests in selecting the best event packages for their needs
  • Upsell food, beverage, attractions, and arcade packages
  • Coordinate event details to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Host events when needed and assist guests throughout their visit
  • Meet monthly sales goals and revenue objectives
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with groups and community leaders
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Hospitality, entertainment, or event planning experience is a plus
  • Reliable transportation for community outreach and sales activities
