Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Planner to coordinate and manage events from initial inquiry through execution. This role involves client communication, logistical planning, coordination with internal teams, and on-site event oversight to ensure every event runs smoothly.


Responsibilities
  • Develop event plans, layouts, timelines, and service schedules
  • Coordinate with catering, kitchen, bar, and event staff
  • Arrange rentals, décor, equipment, and staffing as needed
  • Conduct site walkthroughs and oversee event setup
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during events
  • Manage last-minute changes and resolve issues promptly
