The First 90 Days: Your Path to Success
In your first week...
  • Dive into Teq's product and service offerings and practice consultative sales techniques.
  • Get up to speed on our HubSpot CRM and automated communication tools.
  • Meet with different Teq departments to understand how to leverage internal resources for your customers.
In your first month...
  • Strategic Planning- Create product presentations, outline your daily rhythm, and set personal milestones.
  • Observe & Learn- Join "Teams" meetings and sales calls to see the Teq value proposition in action.
  • Become familiar with K-12 funding sources and school budget cycles.
  • Collaborate on strategic territory plans and learn to build efficient, winning quotes.
Second month and beyond...
  • Own Your Territory- Perfect your talking points and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage your pipeline through daily phone, email, and teams interactions.
  • Conduct web-based demos and schedule high-impact site visits for your outside sales teammate.
  • Identify new revenue streams and occasionally represent the company at regional trade shows or on-site events.

  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
