What You'll Do

As an Account Executive | Inside Sales, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and consultative sales.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and generate new business through outbound calling and lead follow-up.
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Present and close agreements for EVOLV products and services, including:
    • Credit Card Processing (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)
    • Gift & Loyalty Programs
    • GovCard
    • Prime Legal
    • Jasper Websites
    • Woodsmen
    • Digital Marketing Solutions
    • VIV Search
    • Website Design & Hosting
    • Social Media Management
  • Work with referral partners, banks, associations, and member organizations to promote EVOLV solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for assigned Account Executives (AE), Inside Sales Representatives (ISR), and Independent Sales Groups (ISG).
  • Consistently achieve or exceed production goals established by EVOLV.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and customer records using HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide timely follow-up on every assigned lead.
  • Communicate daily with management regarding sales activities, pipeline, and opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and sales techniques through ongoing training.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and conferences as requested.
  • Participate in GovCard implementation and training sessions to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Assist referral partners with marketing initiatives that support portfolio growth and retention.
  • Maintain professionalism and business ethics in every customer interaction.
  • Wear business casual attire or higher while representing EVOLV.
  • Use company-approved systems for all work activities. Personal cell phones may only be used when integrated with the CRM for activity reporting.

Performance Expectations

Top performers in this role are highly organized, self-motivated, and thrive on achieving measurable goals.

Minimum expectations include:

  • Minimum 2.5 hours of phone talk time during an 8-hour workday.
  • At least 100 daily sales activities, including outbound prospecting, customer meetings, and follow-up calls.
  • Consistently meet or exceed production goals established by EVOLV and referral partners.
  • Accurately document all sales activities using Zoom Phone, HubSpot CRM, and MAC.

Performance is monitored through company systems. Failure to maintain minimum production or activity standards may result in corrective action, up to and including termination.
