Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Deployment Analyst – Advanced who will perform important facilities programming and planning work on our TEAMS NEXT Facilities Lifecycle Management Contract (FLCM) in support of the Missile Defense Agency.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute analytical tasks, using analytical techniques and processes for complex developmental and operational programs
  • Secret clearance
  • Apply extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities as an analyst
  • Lead development and use of analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and administrative support activities
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to support teams.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and briefing. and technical writing skills
  • Travel/deploy to customer sites for up to 40 days at a time, and up to 3 times per year. This includes both U.S. and international sites.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with 13+ years of relevant experience
  • An MA/MS degree in any field may be substituted for 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Secret Clearance
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency and Department of Defense projects
  • Project management experience during site deployment, to include construction, master schedules, budget, and configuration management

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience developing policies, plans, processes, procedures, and guidance for site activation, system deployment, and site sustainment practices.
  • Experience developing and implementing program activities and coordinating efforts of multiple stakeholders, prime contractors, subcontractors, and support service personnel.
  • Experience developing acquisition plans and supporting procurement actions and scopes of work.
  • Experience mentoring junior-level staff members.
