-Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives.

-Develop insurance quotes, present tailored solutions, and close sales.

-Build and maintain networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and Business Owners.

-Educate clients on commercial insurance policies that best suit their business needs.

-Prospect and generate new business through agency-provided leads and referrals.

-Utilize VOIP telephone systems, automatic dialers, CRM systems, and other technologies to connect with prospective clients.

-Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.

-Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.


Requirements

Requirements:

-Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.

-Minimum 1 year of prior commercial insurance experience required.

-Active Property and Casualty License (or ability to obtain quickly).

-Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.

-Tech-savvy with strong typing skills and ability to master new systems.
