Job Overview AXANEXA is hiring a Product Manager – monday.com Applications to join our team. This is a mid-level position to transform internal prototypes into scalable, productized applications that can be packaged and sold to customers. As a monday.com Platinum Partner, AXANEXA helps customers get the most out of their monday.com experience by offering implementation, integration, and custom app development services.

monday.com is a global leading work management platform utilized by 150k+ businesses as a core tool. monday.com has developed an ecosystem for partners to create client specific custom app ranging from custom UI to full feature apps. This is a full-time position featuring flexible hours, remote work, PTO, and benefits.

Responsibilities Below are some of the responsibilities a Product Manager is expected to take on in their position: Take existing monday.com prototypes and transform them into structured, repeatable product packages Define the standard architecture, boards, automations, and integrations required for each product Ensure solutions are deployable across multiple customers with minimal customization Workflow & System Design Design scalable workflows using: Boards Automations Integrations Forms Dashboards Standardize column structures, dependencies, and board relationships Technical Collaboration for successful implementation Work with developers to implement features using the monday.com API and integrations Define requirements for automation tools such as Make.com or with custom API integrations Translate business workflows into technical specifications Create implementation guides and documentation for each productized solution Define setup processes and onboarding flows Document API usage, automation logic, and system architecture Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual processes Improve existing products based on customer feedback and implementation experience Job Qualifications And Skill Sets Below are the qualifications that are expected of a Business Automation Specialist: Mid to senior level role with demonstrated hands‐on experience in product management Strong experience working with monday.com as a system builder or administrator Deep understanding of monday.com workflows, boards, automations, and dependencies Familiarity with the monday.com API and integrations, including Make.com Ability to translate business processes into structured systems Experience defining product requirements and documentation Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills Experience working with workflow automation platforms Background in operations, systems design, or SaaS product management Experience packaging internal tools into customer‐facing products Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and troubleshooting skills with a solution‐oriented mindset Gaming mindset is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
