What You'll Be Doing
  • Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Assist with accounts receivable activities, cash applications, and collections
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and supporting documentation
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Enter and maintain accurate data within the accounting system
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding account inquiries
  • Generate financial reports and assist with special projects as needed
  • Support the accounting team with administrative and accounting-related tasks
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
