-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Corresponds with customers, applicants or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information.ย 

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Recommends and outlines terms of loan.ย 

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Informs prospective borrowers of loan commitments.ย 

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Reviews developing laws and regulations as they apply to installment loan security agreements.ย 

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assists collection officer with delinquent account files for the financial institution.

Minimum Qualifications

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  High school diploma or equivalent required. 4-year degree preferred, but not required.

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Minimum 6 years' experience originating mortgage loans.

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong understanding and knowledge of financial institution and products and services.

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent cross- selling, organizational, and communication skills.ย 

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Able to communicate effectively with borrowers, builders and realtors.ย 

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.ย 

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
