TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Security Officers (SOs) to join our team in Washington, D.C. Applicants must hold a valid DC Security Officer (SO) license and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.


As a TriCorps officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property. This position requires attentiveness, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment through proactive observation and service.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor facilities and designated areas to detect and deter irregular or unusual activity.
  • Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Secure premises by patrolling property and maintaining visibility to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and disturbances, maintaining composure in high-stress situations.
  • Observe, report, and prevent incidents by maintaining a consistent security presence.
  • Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel and property.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent TriCorps’ values of professionalism and integrity.
  • Support management and client directives to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
