FIFA SRT Officer - Security Response Team
Location: City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA
Pay: $35.00 / hr
Schedule: Full program: May 20 - June 30, 2026 (41 days)
Shifts: 12-hr shifts - day and evening
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Windwalker Group is hiring Security Response Team (SRT) Officers for the Boston 26 FIFA Fan Festivalâ„¢. SRT Officers are a pre-positioned rapid response unit required by the event's security plan. You will be staged and ready to respond to incidents anywhere in the venue throughout your shift.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Remain at your staging position ready for immediate deployment throughout the shift
  • Respond rapidly to incidents, crowd events, and medical situations across City Hall Plaza
  • Support crowd management during peak entry, exit, and match broadcast windows
  • Coordinate with Boston Police, Boston Fire, and Boston EMS for joint responses
  • Assist with emergency escort and evacuation support when needed
  • Document all response activations and debrief with your SRT Supervisor after each incident
  • Complete team readiness checks at the start of every shift

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Minimum 2 years event security, stadium security, or law enforcement experience
  • Prior rapid response or crowd management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong physical fitness - role requires sustained readiness and fast movement across the venue
  • Must pass a background check before deployment

HIRING INCENTIVES:
