Job description

Manufacturing / Production - Medical Device Assembly - 1st and 2nd

Join a global healthcare leader with over a century of innovation. In this role, you’ll help build life-saving medical products in a high-tech cleanroom environment.

***Positions available in Plymouth and Minnetonka, MN***

Shifts: 4/10 hour shifts per week (4-day work week + overtime opportunities)

  • 1st: Mon–Thurs | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM - $19 (Plymouth +Minnetonka 4 days/10hrs)
  • 2nd: Mon–Thurs | 3:30/4:00 PM – 2:00/230 AM - $20 (Plymouth +Minnetonka 4 days/10hrs)
  • Note - 2nd shift trains on 1st shift for 1st week
  • These are general shift hours. Start and end times staggered by 15/30 min

Job Summary

  • Assemble small medical device parts in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
  • Use small hand tools and microscopes
  • Inspect and package products

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 6+ months manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
  • Medical device experience a plus but NOT required
  • Able to follow instructions & work with small parts
  • Pass background + drug screen + education verification

Physical Requirements

  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to bend, squat, or move as needed

Cleanroom Dress Code Summary

  • PPE - Gown, hair covering, etc
  • No makeup, jewelry, nail polish, or strong scents
  • Closed-toe shoes required
