As a Physical Therapist at Retain Physical Therapy, you will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center. • Document patient care activities meticulously, from initial evaluations and treatment progress notes to discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with healthcare professionals when necessary, recognizing changes in patient conditions that require adjustments to their care plans.

• Develop and execute discharge plans, including appropriate follow-up strategies and continued support to promote long-term patient success.

Our facility primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with diverse patient demographics, including athletes, seniors, and individuals with musculoskeletal conditions, allowing you to apply a wide range of therapeutic techniques tailored to various needs. • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy is preferred, demonstrating a track record of effective patient care and outcomes.
