Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Onsite)
Location: Lake Mary, FL
Pay: $22.00–$23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a healthcare team in Lake Mary, FL. This is an onsite role focused on helping customers with supply orders, questions, and account support.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a call center environment while providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide support
  • Assist with supply orders, customer questions, and follow-ups
  • Make outbound calls for customer updates and new patient welcome calls
  • Maintain accurate customer and patient records
  • Enter and update information in computer systems
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer needs
  • Follow company procedures and HIPAA privacy requirements
  • Meet customer service and quality expectations


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Professional and friendly customer service approach
  • Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications:
