• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities, encompassing the initial evaluation, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to align with regulatory standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations as necessary, communicating effectively with team members and external healthcare staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Guide and direct rehabilitation activities for a diverse range of orthopedic conditions, ensuring each patient receives tailored therapy aimed at restoring function and alleviating pain.
• Participate in facility meetings and ongoing training programs, contributing to a culture of learning and professional development within the clinic.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate and clinical service training, local, state, and federal regulations throughout your practice.
• Foster an open line of communication with patients, family members, and healthcare providers to create an inclusive and supportive rehabilitation framework.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current physical therapy license valid in the state of Florida, or eligibility for licensure.
• American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in orthopedic outpatient care, demonstrating a sound clinical skill set.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and proficiency in documentation practices related to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
