This position is based onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility, which provides a warm, supportive atmosphere conducive to patient recovery and therapist collaboration. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, with access to state-of-the-art equipment and treatment modalities tailored to diverse patient needs.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans that address each individual’s unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, to optimize functional capabilities and aid in the recovery process.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment to ensure accountability and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure all aspects of a patient's rehabilitation are addressed.
• Educate and empower patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, self-management techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and prevent re-injury.
• Work actively with the team to relieve pain, enhance function, and promote overall healing and well-being.

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse population of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Our facility emphasizes a holistic approach to rehabilitation, ensuring that each treatment plan is centered on the patient's current condition, objectives, and lifestyle.

• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment, addressing various patient needs with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong understanding of Physical Therapy theories, procedures, practices, and applicable equipment.
• A proactive and positive problem-solving attitude, with the ability to apply knowledge effectively to real-world situations.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation practices.
• Previous experience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient therapy environment.
• Familiarity with a variety of treatment techniques and modalities tailored for different patient populations.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, based on experience and caseload.
