Job description

The Assembler will be an integral part of a large team, responsible for accurately assembling components and performing quality inspections to ensure product standards are met. Reporting directly to the assembly line manager, this role operates during regular daytime hours and involves the skilled use of hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery. Attention to detail and manual dexterity are essential, with occasional use of a microscope for precision tasks.


Shift: 530am to 4pm Monday to Thursday


Responsibilities

  • Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints
  • Perform quality inspections to maintain high product standards
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate effectively within a large team environment
  • Report progress and issues to the assembly line manager
  • Utilize microscopes when required for detailed assembly tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in assembly
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical assembly knowledge
  • Quality control experience
  • Strong manual dexterity
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
