• Provide individual and group therapy to clients utilizing diverse modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and interpersonal approaches.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including counseling sessions for clients in acute distress, ensuring prompt, empathetic responses in emergency situations.
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at raising mental health awareness, educating the public, and reducing stigma associated with mental illness.

• A completed master's degree or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to create strong therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and an understanding of how to work effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
• Strong organizational abilities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on client cases.

• Previous experience in a hospice or end-of-life care setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual therapy platforms.
• Experience in conducting workshops or public speaking engagements related to mental health.
