Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Houston, Texas, serving students across various grade levels.

Key Requirements:
  • Must hold a Texas SLP license, or be actively in the process of obtaining licensure
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply – supervision will be provided
Role Overview:
  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
  • Work within a collaborative campus-based team, typically alongside 2–3 SLPs per school
  • Support a shared caseload model designed to ensure balanced and manageable workloads
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school leadership to support student success
