Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator / Blending Operator

Shift/ Wage: 10pm - 6:30am - $23/hr. Paid Weekly!


Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator / Blending Operator to support the production of pharmaceutical products in a regulated manufacturing environment. This entry-level position is responsible for operating and maintaining drug manufacturing equipment, accurately weighing raw materials and active ingredients, and combining materials according to established manufacturing procedures. The ideal candidate is comfortable following detailed instructions, completing documentation accurately, and working independently or as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing and processing equipment according to established procedures and safety requirements.
  • Accurately weigh, measure, and verify raw materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) used in manufacturing processes.
  • Combine and blend raw materials according to batch instructions, manufacturing procedures, and established specifications.
  • Complete production work orders, batch records, and other manufacturing documentation accurately and on time.
  • Follow cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), safety procedures, SOPs, and established manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation with minimal errors, corrections, or omissions.
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain manufacturing equipment and production areas to ensure proper operating condition.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment.
  • Identify and report equipment issues, process concerns, or material discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
  • Complete required cGMP, safety, equipment, and job-specific training within established timelines.
  • Follow written procedures and batch instructions precisely while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and schedules.
  • Follow all applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow written instructions.
  • Ability to perform basic measurements and accurately weigh materials.
  • Ability to complete detailed production and batch documentation.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and cGMP requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to complete required training.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and quality-focused manufacturing environment.
