Noble Counseling, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. This position is remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining the continuity of care through our outpatient office setting. Scheduled work hours are from Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. You will be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, benefiting from a supportive and collegial work atmosphere that values professional input and development.

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history and guide treatment approaches.
• Develop and implement tailored, individual treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, healing, and resilience.
• Utilize evidence-based intervention techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their traumas, cultivate coping mechanisms, and engage in healing practices.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for each patient.
• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping techniques, and available resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards relevant to psychotherapeutic practices.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings focused on enhancing trauma-informed care strategies.
• Stay current with research and emerging best practices in the field of trauma therapy to continuously improve client outcomes.

You will be working with a diverse client base, primarily consisting of individuals who have experienced trauma and are seeking support in overcoming their challenges. This includes patients with PTSD, complex trauma narratives, and related mental health conditions requiring specialized therapeutic interventions. Your role will be invaluable in guiding these individuals towards recovery and stability through compassionate support and skillful therapy.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a non-judgmental and empathetic demeanor towards clients.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology to document client interactions effectively.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly in trauma-focused therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to implement trauma-focused therapies and treatment strategies effectively.
• Prior experience working in collaborative settings, engaging with multidisciplinary teams for holistic client care.
