Balanced Well Being LLC is seeking a Dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will provide essential support and psychotherapy to clients suffering from major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders. With a salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, you will play a vital role in our mission of delivering quality, patient-centered care within a hospice setting.

• Work directly with clients both online and through community outreach initiatives, providing assessment, therapy, and care coordination for those struggling with mental health challenges.
• Participate as a proactive team member, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that advances the objectives of our service center.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement integrated care plans that ensure clients receive appropriate resources and support from a network of healthcare providers.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, with the aim of stabilizing clients and ensuring their safety.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with professional ethical standards and agency requirements.

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse patient population that includes individuals with chronic illnesses, mental health disorders, and those navigating end-of-life care. You will be equipped to address complex emotional and psychological needs through individual therapy, group sessions, and family support initiatives.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in social work, particularly in mental health or hospice settings.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is essential; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with clients, families, and team members.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and maintain meticulous records.
• Knowledge of ethical practice and a commitment to upholding standards of care established by our organization.

• Experience in providing therapy to patients in a hospice setting, particularly with diverse populations facing life-limiting illnesses.
• Familiarity with integrated care approaches and capacity to navigate complex healthcare systems.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and mental health crisis assessment.
