As a Remote Behavioral Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individualized mental health assessments for low-acuity adults through secure video sessions.
• Implementing solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client's specific goals.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique experiences and foster their personal growth.
• Utilizing compassionate communication techniques to engage clients and build trust in a virtual setting.
• Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and helping clients develop healthy coping strategies.
• Providing ethical care, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Your clients will primarily include stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health concerns. By meeting them where they are, both literally and figuratively, you will play an integral role in their journey towards healing and self-recovery. Your skills will guide them through their challenges, creating a supportive space for growth and insight.

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure in your state, with accepted licenses including:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Psychologist (PsyD)
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions on your license.

Successful candidates will also demonstrate:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature that fosters a supportive therapist-client relationship.
• Knowledge of current developments in psychotherapy and evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency in computer technology to navigate our telehealth platform efficiently.

Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Additionally, we offer:
