The Recovery Solutions Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team full-time. This role entails providing high-quality mental health services to clients across diverse backgrounds, promoting their emotional well-being and personal growth. As an LPC, you will conduct therapy sessions that are tailored to the individual needs of your clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their thoughts and feelings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to address client needs effectively.
  • Engage in regular documentation and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that encompasses clientsโ€™ various needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mental health research and trends, attending workshops and continuing education courses to refine your clinical skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Recovery Solutions Center, you will work with a diverse clientele consisting of individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges. Our focus areas include trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. You will be integral in not only guiding clients through their personal challenges but also empowering them to achieve lasting change.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Hold an active, unrestricted LPC license valid in the state of Oregon.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience providing therapy services in a mental health or clinical setting.
