Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine suitable treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, to promote effective coping strategies and emotional healing.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches to best fit clients' unique needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic, integrated care approach for every client.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with all ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in continued education by attending workshops and professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients we serve come from diverse backgrounds and present various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic counseling services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• In-depth understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for establishing strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related software for efficient clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The Recovery Solutions Center offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent on caseload and experience.
