Position Summary

As a CNA Float Pool member, you provide compassionate care to residents across multiple units. You assist with daily living activities while ensuring the health, safety, comfort, and dignity of every resident.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning

  • Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse

  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests

  • Document care and maintain confidentiality

  • Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards

  • Provide support in different units as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations

  • CPR certification required

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English

  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow


Physical Demands
  • Sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly

  • Lift/move up to 100 lbs

  • Visual and auditory ability to perform required duties

  • Moderate noise level typical of a healthcare environment
