Nursing Assistant Float Pool

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool facilitates patient care by providing the basic physical care and nursing procedures, providing patients with comfort measures and maintaining a clean safe organized environment.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED, Post High School Special Training preferred

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Either minimum 2 years experience OR valid FL CNA license

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
