Join the Central Staffing Office Float Pool and bring your patient-care skills where they're needed most. This role gives you the opportunity to support patients and nursing teams across a variety of units while building valuable experience throughout the hospital.

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and Registered Nurses, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and maintaining a clean, safe and organized patient environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Post-high school specialized training preferred

Licensure & Certification

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR a valid Florida CNA license
  • BLS required

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
