Can you make $100,000 as a CNA?

Earning $100,000 as a CNA, including those working in a weekend float pool, is uncommon and typically requires overtime, additional shifts, or working in high-paying regions. Most CNAs earn between $30,000 and $45,000 annually, with higher earnings possible through advanced certifications or supervisory roles, but reaching $100,000 is rare for entry-level or standard positions.

Why do so many CNAs quit?

What is the highest paid CNA position?

The highest paid CNA positions are typically in specialized settings such as long-term care facilities, hospitals, or home health agencies, where CNAs with additional certifications or experience can earn higher wages. Advanced roles like Certified Nursing Assistants working in critical care or with specialized skills may also command higher pay, especially with overtime or shift differentials. Overall, wages vary by location, employer, and experience level, but specialized or high-demand environments tend to offer the highest compensation for CNAs.
