We are seeking an Account Manager / Territory Sales Representative to help expand and support our presence throughout the Mesa/East Valley, Tucson, and Yuma markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships in person, thrives in territory-based sales, and is passionate about serving seniors and healthcare communities.

Position Overview

The Account Manager / Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with senior living communities, long-term care facilities, and healthcare partners throughout Arizona. This individual will manage territory growth through in-person visits, networking, facility onboarding, and resident insurance enrollment support.

The ideal candidate is comfortable spending significant time in the field, enjoys relationship-driven sales, and understands the importance of compassionate service within senior care environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct territory-based sales and marketing activities including:
    • In-person facility visits
    • Networking events
    • Phone outreach
    • Email communication
    • Drop-in relationship building
  • Develop relationships with:
    • Senior living facilities
    • Skilled nursing facilities
    • Long-term care organizations
    • Corporate healthcare leadership
    • Community referral partners
  • Support onboarding of new facility partners and ensure ongoing customer success
  • Coordinate with facilities to gather:
    • Leads
    • Facesheets
    • Payor setup reports
    • Documentation needed to support policy enrollment
  • Assist residents with enrollment into CMIC insurance policies, with an emphasis on on-site enrollment support
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and account updates within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal customer relations teams to:
    • Resolve collections concerns
    • Support policyholders
    • Advocate for residents and facility partners
QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in territory-based and/or in-person sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with frequent travel throughout assigned territory
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer proficiency
  • Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven
Preferred
