Help Build the Future of Construction Technology

At Chase Construction Group, we're not just building projects—we're building smarter ways to work. We're looking for a CMiC Application & Implementation Analyst with hands‑on CMiC experience who can help us optimize, implement and expand the platform across our organization.

What You’ll DoCMiC Implementation & Optimization
  • Support the implementation, configuration and ongoing optimization of CMiC modules and functionality across the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders and users to translate operational needs into effective CMiC workflows, configurations and solutions.
  • Participate in software rollouts, module implementations, upgrades, testing and change‑management initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand CMiC functionality and improve adoption across Finance, Job Costing, Project Management, Procurement, Payroll and related functions.
  • Help develop and refine business processes to ensure technology supports how teams work in the field and office.
Application Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide hands‑on application support for CMiC across key business functions.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, workflow interruptions and data inconsistencies and configuration challenges.
  • Distinguish between user training needs, process issues, application defects and configuration problems.
  • Partner with CMiC, internal stakeholders and third‑party technology providers as needed to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify root causes and develop practical, sustainable solutions rather than short‑term fixes.
User Experience, Training & Adoption
  • Serve as a trustedCMiC resourcefor project teams, finance professionals and operational leaders.
  • Help employees understand and effectively use CMiC functionality.
  • Support training and onboarding related to new modules, workflows, enhancements and system changes.
  • Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve workflows, functionality and adoption.
Systems & Integration
  • Support integrations between CMiC and business‑critical platforms such as DocuSign, Corpay, Textura, Concur, Prophix and other construction and operational technologies.
  • Assist with implementation, testing and troubleshooting of integrations and system enhancements.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI is a plus.
Data & Reporting
  • Understand how information flows across CMiC modules and business processes.
  • Use data to troubleshoot application issues, validate system functionality and support decision‑making.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics efforts by helping ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Working knowledge of SQL is helpful, but this is not a database administration or SQL development position.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve CMiC workflows, configurations and business processes.
  • Document implementations, system changes, issues, solutions and best practices.
  • Recommend enhancements that improve system performance, user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Help establish scalable processes as Chase Construction Group continues to grow.
What We're Looking ForRequirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must currently reside in Tennessee within commuting distance of Nashville.
  • Hands‑on experience working with CMiC or a comparable construction ERP platform in an application, implementation, administration or business systems capacity.
  • Experience with ERP/software implementation, configuration, upgrades, module rollouts or system optimization.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how ERP technology supports construction business processes and operations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and nontechnical business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Construction Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct CMiC experience is strongly preferred, particularly with CMiC Financials, Job Costing, Project Management, Procurement and/or Payroll.
  • Experience participating in or leading CMiC implementations, module deployments, upgrades or optimization initiatives.
  • Experience with construction ERP systems such as Viewpoint, Procore Financials or Sage 300 CRE.
  • Understanding of construction accounting, project management and operational workflows.
  • Experience supporting ERP integrations with third‑party business applications.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for application troubleshooting and data validation.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.
