Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite | San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting seven seasoned, highly skilled Client Solutions Associates on behalf of a valued client partner in the venture-backed B2B software startup sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Client Solutions Associate opportunities.

We are seeking high-energy, client-minded professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate exceptionally well, and enjoy owning projects from start to finish. These hires will play a front-line role connecting clients with subject matter experts, driving successful research outcomes, and partnering cross-functionally to improve operations and product experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Match clients with qualified subject matter experts based on research needs, urgency, and project objectives
  • Manage projects end-to-end from intake through sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and completion
  • Build relationships with both clients and experts to ensure strong service levels and repeat engagement
  • Conduct outreach using internal databases, referrals, and external sourcing channels
  • Track project metrics, response rates, feedback, and completion quality
  • Maintain a high-performing expert network through proactive engagement and quality control
  • Share customer feedback and frontline insights with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Improve internal workflows and help refine scalable operating processes as the business grows
  • Deliver a high-touch client experience while managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

  • 0–4 years of professional experience; strong new graduates with leadership experience encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Bonuses: Fully uncapped monthly bonus structure; top performers often add $2,000–$3,000+ monthly
