We are looking for an organized, motivated, and energetic individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping customers, solving problems, and keeping things organized. The Client Service Associate will play an important role in our daily operations by supporting customers, processing orders, setting up accounts, managing billing, assisting with inventory control, and helping the team wherever needed.In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, communicating order statuses to customers, entering and processing daily orders, and providing professional customer service support. You will assist with order fulfillment when necessary, process end-of-day billing, and help maintain accurate inventory and customer records. You will also become familiar with our product line and how our products are used so that you can confidently match customer needs and requests with the right products.We are looking for someone who is driven and motivated and who takes pride in staying organized. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks at once and be able to switch gears when priorities change without losing track of what needs to get done. Being comfortable with computers and learning different programs is important, as completing tasks efficiently and accurately is a key part of this position.The right person will be someone who enjoys figuring things out and can work independently with a simple set of instructions, while also being confident enough to ask for help when they don't know the answer. Strong customer service skills and professional communication are a must.
