Job description


Oversee the training and implementation of Client Solutions Manager functions for selected key Clients. Maintain and develop strategic relationships with clients, including representing Business Process Solutions at client meetings and acting as a clearinghouse for all client requests.
Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor the Client Solutions associates on policies and procedures.
  • Assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Director, Client Solutions.
  • Assist Director, Client Solutions by assuming additional Client Solutions Manager responsibilities/special assignments as needed.
  • Manage a strategic client portfolio as an individual contributor
  • Effectively communicates client information and requirements within the Business Process Solutions Organization; works with the Client Development team, where applicable.
  • Overall understanding of Business Process Solutions systems, processes, and procedures and knowledge of proper contacts within Business Process Solutions organization.
  • Ensures the smooth transition for new clients as they enter the operational phase.
  • Presents a single, consistent touchpoint to key clients
  • Works to build a broad base of support within the client organization.
  • Supports the planning and ongoing needs for marketing / education and awareness materials, orientation planning and special campaigns.
  • Contributes to the development of new business by working with Sales and Business Managers in the appropriate channels.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with Customers, Clients and co-workers.

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel including client level contacts.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong knowledge of client Trade Promotion Management Systems
  • Actively support organizational goals and values; align actions around organizational goals; give priority to organizational needs and concerns when making decisions
  • Willing to set aside personal beliefs and assumptions while maintaining an objective point of view; keeps an open mind and listens to others thoughts and opinions
