Job description

In the role of Client Solutions Associate you will support multiple life sciences clients through platform implementation, support, and expansion. You will work directly with our client users to drive adoption, provide strategic guidance, and act as a "voice of the customer" to our internal product team. Your enthusiasm and diligence will cement Courier Health's reputation as a best-in-class vendor partner.

What You'll Do

  • Work in close-knit, collaborative teams to drive impact for Courier Health clients
  • Build strong relationships, trust, and credibility with client software users
  • Lead 1:1 and group user sessions to gather feedback, educate, and ensure client value
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of the Courier Health platform and data model
  • Drive platform growth and evolution as a bridge between our clients and Product & Engineering teams
  • Present business results and platform impact to senior executives at business reviews
  • Own client priorities and day-to-day project management
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to build out Courier Health's Client Solutions function

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in strategic consulting or client-facing enterprise SaaS
  • Team player that thrives working with a diverse set of internal & external stakeholders
  • Comfortable presenting to executives and large groups
  • Analytical mindset with consistent attention to detail
  • Independent, ambitious and enjoys taking initiative
  • Experience in, or willingness to learn about, rare disease/specialty pharma

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
