Client Services Manager, Assistive Care Position Summary

BAYADA Home Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Scottsdale, AZ office. If you are looking for an exciting career opportunity in a growing industry, this could be the position for you.

We are seeking a Client Services Manager who will bring energy, professionalism, and strong relationship-building skills to a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment while serving as an integral part of a caring team dedicated to delivering the highest quality care.

The Client Services Manager is responsible for providing superior customer service and quality home care, with a focus on the coordination of client services, emergent scheduling issues, caseload growth and development, and ongoing case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service and support the delivery of high-quality home care services.

  • Manage the coordination of client services and address emergent scheduling needs in a timely, effective manner.

  • Manage an assigned caseload while proactively working to grow and strengthen it.

  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.

  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with office and field team members.

  • Maintain effective fiscal management of the caseload by monitoring performance metrics and key business indicators.

  • Partner with the office team to provide supervision, guidance, and support to field employees.

  • Promote continuity of care and service reliability through strong communication, follow-up, and problem resolution.

  • Support office goals through collaboration, responsiveness, and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare preferred.

  • Growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.

  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.

  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position.

  • Strong computer skills required, including comfort with electronic medical records.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule and Compensation
  • Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
