As a Client Services Associate, you will serve as a primary point of contact for advisors and investors, delivering exceptional customer service while helping resolve account inquiries and supporting financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for financial advisors and investors.
  • Handle 25 to 30 inbound contacts per day, addressing questions and resolving issues.
  • Assist with account inquiries, service requests, and financial transaction support.
  • Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to research and resolve client concerns.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver timely solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits
