Job description

About the Role

Our client is a well-established, dually registered broker-dealer and investment advisory firm, seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and registered Client Service Representative (CSR) to join their collaborative and growth-oriented team. This role is central to delivering exceptional client service while supporting senior advisers and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Engagement

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and in person

  • Process new account applications and service requests with accuracy and efficiency

  • Research and resolve client account inquiries

  • Proactively engage clients through thoughtful outreach and relationship-building initiatives

Adviser & Operational Support

  • Coordinate and schedule adviser meetings and appointments

  • Prepare financial planning documents and client meeting materials

  • Maintain and update CRM systems (Redtail)

  • Utilize industry platforms such as Albridge, FI360, and NaviPlan

  • Collaborate with compliance, operations, and external custodians (including Pershing) to support account management

Team & Administrative Support

  • Answer phones, greet clients, and manage general administrative duties

  • Assist with planning and logistics for team events

  • Contribute ideas to enhance client service and internal processes

  • Perform additional duties as assigned



RequirementsQualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Client Service Representative role or similar position

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • Active Series 7 and 63 licenses
