Our state-of-the-art facility boasts a spacious 5000 square feet dedicated to sports medicine, equipped with the latest technology and resources to ensure our team can provide top-quality rehabilitation services. Committed to evidence-based practices, our clinic emphasizes innovation and continuous improvement in treating orthopedic conditions.
Work EnvironmentAs an onsite Physical Therapist within our hospital setting, you will work alongside a small, dynamic team consisting of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our collaborative environment fosters professional development and high-quality patient care. You will engage with patients daily, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs, objectives, and potential barriers to recovery.
- Manage a patient caseload efficiently, ensuring that you provide individualized care at a rate of one patient per hour.
- Utilize your clinical experience in orthopedic outpatient settings to devise effective treatment plans.
- Implement cost-effective treatment interventions aimed at improving patients’ range of motion and mobility, while minimizing reliance on medications.
- Develop comprehensive care plans that leverage a variety of treatment techniques tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
- Design and implement specific fitness and wellness programs to promote overall health amongst patients.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to deliver high-quality, personalized treatment, motivating patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Enhance patients’ healthy lifestyle choices by focusing on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- A valid and unrestricted Virginia license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against the license.
- Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and a high degree of competence in formulating and implementing effective exercise protocols.
- Proficiency in using WebPT Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, facilitating efficient patient documentation and management.
- Previous clinical experience specifically in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly favored.
- Strong knowledge or training in advanced treatment modalities and rehabilitation technologies.
- Experiences that demonstrate a commitment to continuing education and professional development.
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
