Job description

Sales and Partnership Operations Data Analyst
The Opportunity:
Join Booz Allen as a Sales and Partnership Operations Data Analyst and help strengthen the quality, reliability, and usability of pipeline data across multiple business systems. In this role, you will support near-term pipeline data hygiene while developing a deep understanding of how pipeline information moves across CRM, PRM, and sales operations sources. You'll help reconcile data from multiple sources, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and support the development of a more trusted pipeline source of truth. Your work will matter, improving data quality, enabling stronger pipeline visibility, improving partnership operations workflows, and helping teams make better decisions through clearer reporting and dashboarding. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with hands-on data cleanup, and able to think ahead about scalable data flows, workflows, models, and reporting solutions. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You'll Work On:
  • Analyze pipeline data across multiple CRM, PRM, and sales operations sources to identify inconsistencies, duplication, gaps, and data quality issues.
  • Support recurring pipeline data hygiene efforts, including manual validation, cleanup, reconciliation, and documentation.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of pipeline data definitions, business rules, ownership, and source-system differences.
  • Document data flows, field mappings, assumptions, and recurring data quality issues to support a pipeline source of truth.
  • Develop documentation and communications for end-users.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing of system enhancements.
  • Work closely with internal customers to manage licensing, provide training and guidance on pipeline and relationship tracking best practices, maintain documentation, and solve end-user inquiries.
  • Partner with sales and partnership operations and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and improve confidence in pipeline data.
  • Build and maintain dashboards or reports that bring pipeline data together and improve visibility into business performance.
  • Recommend practical improvements to data processes, data architecture, and dashboard design based on observed data issues.
  • Translate business questions into data analysis, reporting requirements, and actionable insights.
  • Communicate findings, risks, and recommended next steps to business and technical stakeholders.

Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis, sales operations, revenue operations, and pipeline operations
  • Experience analyzing and reconciling data across CRM, sales, or business operations systems
  • Experience performing data validation, data cleanup, and data quality analysis
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, or data models for pipeline, sales, or business performance reporting
  • Knowledge of CRM data structures, pipeline stages, opportunity data, or sales forecasting processes
  • Ability to document standard operating procedures, data flows, business rules, assumptions, and source-system logic
  • Ability to communicate data findings and data quality issues to business stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM reporting
  • Experience supporting sales, partnerships, or go-to-market operations teams
  • Experience developing dashboards that combine data from multiple systems
  • Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, ETL concepts, or source-to-target mapping
  • Knowledge of data governance, data dictionaries, master data concepts, or source-of-truth design
  • Ability to operate independently while balancing recurring data cleanup with longer-term process improvement
  • Possession of excellent detail-oriented, critical thinking, and follow-through skills
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
