Job Description

The Supervisor is responsible for large clients, has a well-rounded view of the clients' objectives and processes, project manages key timelines and deliverables, and provides insight on staffing related to work scoped and financials.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the lifecycle of financial deliverables from project start, job code creation, SOW generation, working media determination, changes of work, incremental funds, client accruals, invoicing, ad hoc reporting
    • Monthly invoicing and client mandated financial documentation, including, but not limited to:client accruals, reconciliation requests (per client MSA), client-tracking software
    • Expert at creating, relaying and abiding Client procedures in regard to scoping, invoicing, and financial tracking.ย  Owns the revision or enhancement of those processes.
    • Day-to-day point of contact for key client deliverables
  • Accountable for the completion and accuracy of the financial deliverables calendar for internal and client deliverables.ย  Responsible that internal team is kept apprised of status on all jobs by issuing timely and accurate documentation and correspondence:
    • Drafts and updates billing calendars
    • Organizes financial deliverables
    • Route materials for internal review/approval, as needed
    • Gather data
    • Sends updates/notes/reminders to team
  • Scoping
    • Development of working media statements of work
    • Development of all fee statements of work, including intercompany
    • Can read and interpret Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years in operations or project management in a media agency setting
  • 0 -1+ year management experience (previous intern management experience is applicable)
  • 2+ years budget management experience + operational tools and/or reporting
  • Optional: HCP/Pharma media experience (background can include planning or investment)

ย Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
