Operations & Support Intern (ATS360)

About the Role

NetDynamic is seeking a highly proactive and eager Operations & Support Intern to join the ATS360 Product Team . ATS360 is the first and only native Applicant Tracking System built directly within the NetSuite ecosystem.

This role is specifically designed for a recent graduate who prioritizes operational support and client success . You will be a key resource, ensuring our customers maximize the value of the platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to be mentored by experienced leaders while contributing to a critical product asset that is central to the company’s digital transformation and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Functional Support: Act as a primary line of response for post go-live support inquiries for clients.
  • System Maintenance: Assist in user setup and ensure the stability of the ATS360 platform within client environments.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding and training of new users to ensure rapid time-to-value.
  • Proactive Optimization: Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify automation opportunities that improve system efficiency and decision-making for clients.
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Partner with technical consultants to investigate, document, and resolve functional discrepancies reported by customers.
  • Documentation Excellence: Maintain and update product documentation that guides design/UX and assists in training internal teams.

Requirements

  • Education: Recently graduated (within the past 18 months) with a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Mindset: A "make-it-happen" attitude with a strong passion for learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for clients is mandatory.
  • Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in ERP systems (NetSuite) and business process automation.
  • Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Compensation and Duration

  • Type: This is a paid co-op/internship role .
  • Duration: The initial term is four months , with a potential pathway to a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs.
